Refund policy

You have 28 days from receipt to return unwanted items to JMUNY London for a full refund. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached. Note that direct exchanges are not offered; you must return the item and place a new order.

You will have to also pay for the postage for all returns.  This will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exceptions: You cannot return bespoke/personalized items, perishable goods, or unsealed hygiene/software products.

Once your return arrives at the warehouse, refunds are typically processed and returned to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
